CHANGE APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
The Architectural Change Application Form for Potomac Pointe residents can be accessed here.
The following materials MUST be submitted along with your Architectural Change Application Form:
A completed application, including a detailed description of what would be built, changed, painted, etc.
A photo, illustration, drawing, or picture, etc., of the proposed change.
Mail the completed application with signatures and required documents to:

The Homeowner's Association does not endorse any contractor, manufacturer, or product. Before hiring anyone, you should shop around and make sure you hire a contractor who is licensed by the State of Maryland. If you do business with a licensed contractor, you are protected against losses by the Maryland Home Improvement Guarantee Fund; if you do business with an unlicensed contractor, you are not protected. To find out whether a contractor is licensed, or has had any complaints filed against them, please contact the Maryland Home Improvement Commission at 1-888-218-5925.
